Why we process your personal data

We collect, store and use such personal data for the purposes of issuing a quote, provide interpreting and translation services that you request or to comply with legal requirements. We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes. Personal data collected may include your name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, and tax code or VAT number.

The legal basis for processing your data is to perform the services you request or to take necessary steps prior to fulfilling that request.  Your consent to the processing of your data is an essential pre-requisite to allow us to carry out the service requested and meet your needs.

Furthermore, we commit ourselves to maintain confidentiality of the data of our website's visitors of our website, as well as of the data of our clients, collaborators and suppliers.

Security measures

This website processes user data in a lawful and correct manner and adopts all the security measures necessary to prevent unauthorized access, as well as unauthorized dissemination, modification or destruction of the data.

Who else receives your personal data?

Besides the data owners, in some cases access to data might be granted to other categories of subjects involved in the organization of the site (e.g. system administrators) or external subjects (e.g. third-party technical service providers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies, tax consultants).


 All these parties are compliant with EU GDPR.

For example, if we send a text for revision to a colleague within the framework of a translation project, that text will be anonymised, so that your personal data will not appear.

How long we keep your personal data

Data in relation to quotes will be retained for up to six months. In the cases of work carried out, we are obliged to retain your personal data for ten years to comply with tax obligations.  We will delete e-mail communication after ten years.

Data transfer outside the EU

This website can share some of the data collected with services located outside the European Union. The transfer of data is authorized based on specific decisions by the European Union and the Data Protection Officer https://www.garanteprivacy.it/Regolamentoue/trasferimenti-di-dati-verso-paesi-terzi-e-organismi-internazionali . No additional support is, therefore, needed.

Rights of the data subject

Data subjects have the right, at any time, to receive confirmation of the existence of data pertaining to them, to learn about their content and origin, to check their correctness or request data integration, elimination, update, modification, transformation into anonymous form, or blocking of data processed in violation of law, as well as to oppose in any case, for legitimate reasons, the processing of their data, and they have in any case all the rights stated under article 7 of the Data Privacy Code  https://www.garanteprivacy.it/Regolamentoue/diritti-degli-interessati.
